If I could rate them higher, I would. They delivered as promised! 15 blinds were picked up at 10am and returned within 24 hours. They had not been properly cleaned in 10 years and they were returned looking brand new! I will definitely be a repeat customer and I’m also going to share their info in our neighborhood FB group!

I called A-Shade Company to replace Venetian blinds in two rooms (home office and bedroom), where I wanted darker blinds to darken the rooms when closed for working on a computer and sleeping. They came to my home promptly, measured professionally and a few weeks later (because the blinds were custom colors), installed them neatly. I love the result. This was all done after several visits to big box hardware stores where I could never find someone to assist me, and where the selection was limited and not as high quality as A-Shade's Hunter Douglas blinds. If my small house had more windows, I'd choose them again.

Brett was running late and called to let me know approximately when he would arrive. Spent a long,long time on hold to get help reprogramming my remotes for my sheer shades. Did a great job,super nice guy. You can't go wrong if you have any type of blind problems.

A-Shade Company was a great company to work with. Called them on a Tuesday and they had me on the schedule for Thursday of the same week. They showed up on time and had the 3 blinds repaired in about 10 minutes! All for the service call charge of $40. The rep who came was very personable and knew his stuff. I'd highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again. Great service and great price. You can't go wrong when hiring this company.

They suggested Hunter Douglas, which is what we went with. They were fair and punctual with all their appointments. They followed up with us while the shades were being manufactured. I Always try to do business with a local company, I chose them. I am so happy I did because we got a very personal solution. We are very satisfied with our decision to go with AShade. I was having a problem with my power blind in the master bath. He made a special trip just now to rectify the problem. My shade came in just under 4 weeks. They brought it out, took the old shade down and installed the new one in about 20 min. Very professional, clean and fast. I would definitely use them again.

This is the only company I contacted that told me I could salvage my existing drapery and just replace parts; everybody else wanted to sell me en entirely new system. A-Shade is the way to go for window coverings. They have been in business many years. Communication was great while letting me know when the shades arrived, and reminders of the installation appointment. Everyone was professional. I recommend them to anyone in the STL Metro area.
